A Place for Nana is a nonprofit corporation and shall be operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. This organization is registered in California with an operational scope that will span the entire California at the start of our operation, and with the potential to expand to other parts of the United States at a later date. We are an initiative that seeks to provide affordable housing to senior members of the community in California, and the whole of the United States.

In the context of these general purposes, we will achieve this through, but shall not be limited to, funds raised from outreach, education, advocacy, donations made by individuals and corporate organizations, charity organizations, religious organizations, private investors, grants, and the government.
